This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit credkeeper.com or use any Credkeeper applications, managed Go High Level (“GHL”) CRM sub-accounts, or related services (collectively, the “Service”).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
With service providers & sub-processors who perform services for us (e.g., GHL, payment processors, email/SMS platforms) under written agreements that protect your data.
For legal reasons (court orders, subpoenas, law-enforcement requests, to protect rights or safety).
In business transfers (merger, acquisition, asset sale) where data is transferred as part of the transaction.
With your consent or at your direction (e.g., publishing a testimonial).

California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA): California residents may request access to, deletion of, or disclosure about personal information collected over the prior 12 months. Submit requests to [email protected]. We will verify your identity before responding.
Do-Not-Track signals: The Service currently does not respond to DNT browser signals.
9. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
10. Third-Party Services & Links
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Go High Level CRM, Jotform). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Credkeeper is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version and update the “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Policy.
