This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit credkeeper.com or use any Credkeeper applications, managed Go High Level (“GHL”) CRM sub-accounts, or related services (collectively, the “Service”).
If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the Service.

    Credkeeper is a private company not affiliated with any government agency. The Service is intended only for U.S. residents aged 18 or older.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  1. With service providers & sub-processors who perform services for us (e.g., GHL, payment processors, email/SMS platforms) under written agreements that protect your data.

  2. For legal reasons (court orders, subpoenas, law-enforcement requests, to protect rights or safety).

  3. In business transfers (merger, acquisition, asset sale) where data is transferred as part of the transaction.

  4. With your consent or at your direction (e.g., publishing a testimonial).


5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our analytics/advertising partners use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to:

  • keep you logged in,

  • remember preferences,

  • measure campaign effectiveness, and

  • perform site analytics.
    You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function.


6. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law. Afterward, we securely delete or anonymize the data.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—including encryption in transit, least-privilege access controls, and regular security assessments—to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100 % secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.


8. Your Choices & Rights

  • Opt-out of marketing: Click “unsubscribe” in an email or email [email protected].

  • Access / update / delete: Email [email protected] or adjust settings in your account dashboard.

  • California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA): California residents may request access to, deletion of, or disclosure about personal information collected over the prior 12 months. Submit requests to [email protected]. We will verify your identity before responding.

  • Do-Not-Track signals: The Service currently does not respond to DNT browser signals.


9. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.


10. Third-Party Services & Links

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Go High Level CRM, Jotform). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Credkeeper is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.


11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version and update the “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Policy.
