Some information submitted to Credkeeper may be published, distributed, indexed, displayed publicly, or shared with third-party platforms.

- professional credentials;

- blog posts;
- social media posts;
- authority content;
- reviews;
- testimonials;
- ratings;
- images;
- videos;
- business descriptions;

Once content is published or shared publicly, it may be viewed, copied, cached, indexed, archived, or redistributed by search engines, AI systems, social platforms, third-party websites, internet archives, and other users. Credkeeper cannot control how third parties use, store, index, or display publicly available content after publication.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have all rights, permissions, consents, approvals, and legal authority required to submit, approve, publish, or distribute any content or personal information through the Service.
6. User Content, Client Information, and Regulated Data
Credkeeper may process content and information provided by users, including client reviews, testimonials, lead data, CRM information, contact information, business information, and professional content.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit to Credkeeper is accurate, lawful, authorized, and appropriate for use with the Service.
You should not submit sensitive personal information, protected health information, nonpublic financial information, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, medical information, consumer reports, confidential client files, legal case files, tax records, or other highly sensitive information unless:
- the information is necessary for your use of the Service;
- you have all required rights, consents, authorizations, and approvals;
- your submission complies with applicable law, regulation, contract, professional rule, employer policy, and platform rule; and
- Credkeeper has agreed in writing, where required, to process that type of information.
Credkeeper is not intended to serve as a regulated books-and-records archive, compliance archive, legal file repository, medical records system, financial account system, or secure vault for highly sensitive information unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.
7. Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Service Providers
Credkeeper may use automation, analytics, software tools, artificial intelligence-assisted tools, contractors, and service providers to help operate the Service, create drafts, format content, analyze performance, improve workflows, generate reports, or support users.
Users should not submit confidential, regulated, sensitive, or third-party personal information into any content, prompt, form, upload, integration, or workflow unless they have the authority and consent to do so.

13. Payment Information
Credkeeper may use third-party payment processors to process subscription payments, invoices, renewals, refunds, and billing information.
Credkeeper does not intend to store full payment card numbers on its own systems. Payment information may be collected, tokenized, stored, and processed by third-party payment processors under their own terms and privacy policies.
Credkeeper may receive limited payment-related information, such as payment status, transaction history, invoice details, billing address, card brand, expiration date, and last four digits of a payment card.
14. Data Retention
Credkeeper retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Service;
- maintain user accounts;
- complete transactions;
- support subscriptions;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and contractual obligations;

Backup copies, logs, archives, and records may persist for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

No method of transmission, storage, or security is completely secure. Credkeeper cannot guarantee absolute security.
