Subscription Terms

Last Updated: June 24, 2026

These Subscription Terms explain how Credkeeper™ paid subscriptions work, including billing, annual subscription commitments, trials, refunds, cancellations, non-renewals, automatic renewals, credits, failed payments, and related subscription rules.

By purchasing, starting, accessing, or using a paid Credkeeper subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms, Credkeeper’s Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, checkout disclosures, order form, invoice, and any written agreement that applies to your subscription.

1. Annual Subscription Commitment

All paid Credkeeper subscriptions are annual subscriptions.

Whether you choose annual billing, monthly billing, installment billing, promotional billing, or any other payment schedule, you are purchasing access to Credkeeper for a full annual subscription term.

Monthly billing does not create a month-to-month subscription. Monthly billing means the annual subscription fee is being paid in monthly installments during the annual subscription term.

Unless a different term is stated in a written agreement signed by Credkeeper, each paid subscription term is 12 months.

2. Subscription Billing Options

Credkeeper may offer different billing options at checkout, including annual payment, monthly installment payment, promotional payment, or other payment schedules.

Regardless of the payment schedule:

  • All subscriptions are ANNUAL subscriptions regardless of payment methodology;
  • The user is responsible for the full annual subscription commitment;
  • Payments already made are non-refundable except during the seven-day refund period described below;
  • Monthly or installment payments remain due for the full annual subscription term;
  • Canceling after the seven-day refund period does not eliminate unpaid amounts owed for the annual subscription term.

If you select monthly billing, you authorize Credkeeper and its payment processors to charge your payment method each month for the duration of the annual subscription term.

3. Seven-Day Trial and Satisfaction Guarantee

Credkeeper offers a seven-day trial and satisfaction guarantee for initial paid subscriptions.

During the first seven days of your initial paid subscription, you may request a full refund for any reason. No explanation is required.

To qualify for a refund:

  1. The request must relate to your initial paid Credkeeper subscription;
  2. The request must be made in writing;
  3. The request must be emailed to [email protected]; and
  4. The request must be received by Credkeeper within 168 hours after your initial paid subscription begins.

For example, if your initial paid subscription begins at 2:00 p.m. Arizona time on March 1, Credkeeper must receive your written refund request at [email protected] by 2:00 p.m. Arizona time on March 8.

Refund requests received after the seven-day refund window are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

4. Refund Request Requirements

Refund requests must be sent by email to:

[email protected]

Your refund request should include:

  • your full name;
  • the email address associated with your Credkeeper account;
  • your subscription plan;
  • your purchase date;
  • your invoice or receipt number, if available; and
  • a clear statement that you are requesting a refund.

Phone calls, voicemails, text messages, social media messages, chat messages, verbal statements, messages to sales representatives, or notices sent to any email address other than [email protected] do not qualify as refund requests unless Credkeeper confirms otherwise in writing.

A refund request is considered received when it reaches Credkeeper at [email protected], not when it is sent.

5. No Refunds After the Seven-Day Window

After the seven-day refund window expires, all paid subscription fees are final and non-refundable.

Credkeeper does not provide refunds, prorated refunds, partial refunds, account credits, future credits, service credits, downgrade credits, rollover credits, or extensions after the seven-day refund window, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in a signed written agreement by Credkeeper.

This no-refund rule applies even if (partial list):

  • You stop using Credkeeper;
  • You do not log in;
  • You do not publish content;
  • You use only some features;
  • You are dissatisfied with one feature or part of the service;
  • your business changes;
  • Your employer or compliance department restricts your use;
  • Your firm changes policies;
  • Your marketing strategy changes;
  • You change jobs or leave your industry;
  • You forgot to cancel;
  • You miss the annual cancellation window;
  • Your subscription renews;
  • You did not receive, read, or act on a reminder;
  • You experience user error, setup issues, or lack of adoption;
  • You decide the service is no longer needed.

6. Subscription Value and User Control

Credkeeper is a software-as-a-service platform that provides access to tools, features, workflows, publishing support, visibility tools, credibility-building resources, content-related functionality, and other subscription benefits.

The value of a Credkeeper subscription is not limited to a single feature, result, campaign, piece of content, publishing opportunity, or specific outcome.

Users control and influence how Credkeeper performs for them by providing accurate information, approving content, using available tools, participating in workflows, updating profiles, following recommendations, coordinating with compliance departments, and leveraging the platform’s features.

After the seven-day refund window, subscription fees are not refundable merely because a user does not use the service, underuses the service, dislikes one part of the service, fails to complete setup, delays approvals, does not provide required information, or chooses not to take advantage of available subscription value.

Credkeeper does not guarantee any specific business result, lead volume, conversion rate, search ranking, revenue increase, appointment volume, client acquisition, regulatory approval, or third-party platform outcome.

7. Automatic Annual Renewal

Paid Credkeeper subscriptions automatically renew for additional annual subscription terms unless canceled or non-renewed in accordance with these Subscription Terms.

Each renewal term is a new 12-month annual subscription term unless Credkeeper states otherwise in writing.

By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorize Credkeeper and its payment processors to charge your payment method for the initial annual subscription term and each renewal term, unless your subscription is properly canceled or not renewed before renewal.

8. Annual Cancellation and Non-Renewal Window

To prevent automatic renewal, your written cancellation or non-renewal request must be received by Credkeeper during the final 30 calendar days of your then-current annual subscription term and before the renewal charge is processed.

This final 30-day period is your annual cancellation window.

Unless Credkeeper agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise:

  • Cancellation requests submitted before the annual cancellation window may not be effective unless Credkeeper confirms in writing that the subscription has been set to non-renewal;
  • Cancellation requests submitted after the annual cancellation window expires will not prevent renewal;
  • If the renewal charge has already been processed, the subscription has renewed for the next annual term;
  • Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed.

If you miss the annual cancellation window, your subscription automatically renews for another annual subscription term, and you are responsible for the full fees for that renewed annual term.

9. How to Cancel or Non-Renew

Cancellation and non-renewal requests must be submitted in writing to:

[email protected]

Your request MUST include:

  • Your full name;
  • The email address associated with your Credkeeper account;
  • Your company or firm name, if applicable;
  • Your subscription plan;
  • Your purchase date (if within the initial seven days of your subscription)
  • Your renewal date (if past the initial seven days of your subscription); and
  • A clear statement that you want to cancel or not renew your subscription.

A cancellation or non-renewal request is not effective unless it is received by Credkeeper during the applicable annual cancellation window and before the renewal charge is processed.

Credkeeper may offer additional cancellation methods, including account settings or online cancellation workflows. If available, those methods may be used in addition to email cancellation, subject to the timing rules in these Subscription Terms.

10. Cancellation Is Not a Refund

Cancellation stops a future renewal only if it is submitted properly and on time.

Cancellation does not:

  • Create a refund right;
  • Shorten the current annual subscription term;
  • Eliminate unpaid installment amounts;
  • Cancel past-due balances;
  • Create a credit for unused time;
  • Create a prorated refund;
  • Reverse a renewal that has already been processed.

If you properly cancel or non-renew, your subscription will remain active through the end of your then-current annual subscription term unless Credkeeper suspends or terminates the account for nonpayment, misuse, violation of terms, chargeback activity, or another permitted reason.

11. Renewal Charges Are Non-Refundable

Renewal charges are final and non-refundable once processed.

The seven-day refund window applies only to the initial paid subscription. It does not apply to renewal terms.

If your subscription renews because you did not properly cancel or non-renew during the annual cancellation window, you are responsible for the renewed annual subscription term.

12. No Credits

Credkeeper does not provide credits after the seven-day refund window, including:

  • account credits;
  • future subscription credits;
  • unused-time credits;
  • courtesy credits;
  • feature credits;
  • service interruption credits;
  • downgrade credits;
  • rollover credits;
  • credits for unused content;
  • credits for unused publishing opportunities;
  • credits for unused platform features;
  • credits for missed cancellation windows.

Any exception must be required by applicable law or expressly approved by Credkeeper in a signed written agreement.

13. Plan Changes, Upgrades, and Downgrades

Credkeeper may allow users to upgrade, downgrade, change, or modify subscription plans.

Unless Credkeeper states otherwise in writing:

  • upgrades may take effect immediately and may result in additional charges;
  • downgrades take effect at the next renewal term;
  • downgrades do not create refunds or credits for the current annual term;
  • changing plans does not restart the seven-day refund window;
  • changing plans does not create a new cancellation window;
  • changing plans does not convert the annual subscription into a month-to-month subscription.

14. Trials, Promotions, and Discounts

Credkeeper may offer trials, promotional pricing, discounts, coupons, introductory rates, bundled pricing, or other special offers.

Unless the offer states otherwise in writing:

  • promotional pricing applies only for the period stated at checkout;
  • after the promotional period, the subscription renews at the then-current rate;
  • discounts do not create refund or credit rights;
  • promotional offers do not change the annual subscription commitment;
  • promotional offers do not extend the seven-day refund window;
  • promotional offers do not change the annual cancellation window.

If a free trial is offered, the trial terms will be disclosed at signup. Unless you cancel in accordance with the trial terms before the trial ends, your subscription may convert to a paid annual subscription.

15. Failed Payments and Past-Due Amounts

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

If a payment fails, is declined, is blocked, is reversed, or cannot be processed, Credkeeper may:

  • retry the payment method;
  • request updated payment information;
  • suspend or limit access;
  • terminate access;
  • continue billing amounts owed;
  • accelerate unpaid amounts owed for the annual term;
  • refer unpaid balances for collection;
  • recover collection costs, interest, attorneys’ fees, or other amounts permitted by law or contract.

Failure to pay does not cancel your subscription and does not eliminate your responsibility for the annual subscription commitment.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

A chargeback, payment dispute, revoked authorization, blocked payment, or reversed payment does not cancel your subscription or create a refund right.

If you believe you qualify for a refund, you must submit a written refund request to [email protected] within the seven-day refund window.

Credkeeper may suspend or terminate access for disputed, reversed, blocked, or failed payments, subject to applicable law and Credkeeper’s other terms.

17. Taxes and Payment Processing

Subscription fees do not include taxes unless stated otherwise.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, levies, assessments, and similar charges associated with your subscription, except taxes based on Credkeeper’s income.

Credkeeper may use third-party payment processors to process subscription charges. Payment processing may be subject to additional third-party terms.

18. Price Changes

Credkeeper may change subscription pricing, plan features, billing terms, or available packages from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated, price changes apply at renewal and do not create a right to refund, credit, or early termination during the current annual subscription term.

If required by law, Credkeeper will provide notice of material pricing changes before they take effect.

19. Account Access After Cancellation

If you properly cancel or non-renew your subscription, you may continue to access paid subscription features through the end of the current annual subscription term, unless access is suspended or terminated for nonpayment, misuse, violation of terms, or another permitted reason.

After the subscription term ends, Credkeeper may disable, limit, archive, remove, or restrict access to paid features, content workflows, publication tools, account functions, data, or other subscription benefits.

Users are responsible for exporting or saving any information they need before the subscription ends, to the extent export functionality is available.

20. Enterprise, Team, and Firm Accounts

If your subscription is purchased through an employer, firm, enterprise, team, agency, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, insurance agency, organization, or other third party, additional terms may apply.

The account owner, administrator, firm, or purchasing organization may be responsible for billing, cancellation, renewal, access permissions, user management, compliance approvals, and related subscription decisions.

Credkeeper may rely on instructions from the account owner, administrator, authorized billing contact, or other designated representative.

21. Required Legal Exceptions

Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any non-waivable right you may have under applicable law.

If applicable law requires a refund, a cancellation method, a renewal notice, a reminder, a disclosure, a consent process, or any other consumer right that cannot be waived, Credkeeper will comply with that requirement.

22. Conflicts With Other Terms

These Subscription Terms supplement Credkeeper’s Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, checkout disclosures, order forms, invoices, and written agreements.

If these Subscription Terms conflict with a signed written agreement between you and Credkeeper, the signed written agreement will control to the extent of the conflict, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

23. Contact

Questions, refund requests, cancellation requests, non-renewal requests, and billing notices must be sent to:
