AI Content Usage Policy

Last Updated: June 24, 2026

Credkeeper™ uses artificial intelligence-assisted tools in connection with its website, platform, content workflows, brand-building services, credibility-building tools, visibility support, publishing assistance, and related services.

We believe in transparency. Some content on Credkeeper websites, landing pages, emails, platform workflows, templates, examples, user-facing materials, and published materials may be created, drafted, edited, summarized, structured, optimized, reviewed, or enhanced with the assistance of artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, large language models, or similar technologies.

Credkeeper also uses AI-assisted tools to help users present themselves, their experience, their services, their expertise, their credibility, and their professional authority more clearly and effectively.

AI may assist the process, but users remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, compliance, and approval of their own content.

1. Plain-English Disclosure

Credkeeper uses AI-assisted content tools.

That means AI may help us:

  • draft content;
  • edit content;
  • summarize information;
  • improve readability;
  • organize ideas;
  • generate outlines;
  • suggest headlines;
  • create metadata;
  • improve formatting;
  • repurpose content;
  • support search visibility;
  • support AI-search visibility;
  • create profile, biography, article, social, email, and authority-building drafts;
  • help users communicate their credibility more clearly.

AI-assisted does not mean uncontrolled, unreviewed, or automatically true.

AI tools can make mistakes. They can misunderstand facts, invent details, omit important information, overstate claims, or create language that may not be appropriate for every user, industry, audience, jurisdiction, regulator, employer, compliance department, or platform.

For that reason, Credkeeper’s AI-assisted content must be reviewed, corrected, approved, and monitored by the applicable user before publication or use.

2. Why Credkeeper Uses AI

Credkeeper uses AI-assisted tools to help make content creation more efficient, consistent, structured, and useful.

AI may help Credkeeper and its users:

  • turn raw information into clearer professional content;
  • convert a user’s background into a more complete biography;
  • identify content themes based on a user’s interests, services, and expertise;
  • organize complex information into readable formats;
  • improve grammar, tone, and structure;
  • generate drafts for review;
  • create content variations for different channels;
  • support credibility, authority, and trust-building workflows;
  • improve consistency across profiles, articles, social posts, emails, and landing pages;
  • support search and AI-discoverability best practices;
  • assist users who do not have time to write everything from scratch.

AI is a tool. It is not a replacement for user review, compliance review, legal review, professional judgment, factual verification, or required approvals.

3. AI-Assisted Website Content

Credkeeper may use AI-assisted tools to help create, edit, structure, improve, or update content on Credkeeper websites, including:

  • examples and templates.

Credkeeper may also use human review, editorial review, legal review, compliance review, SEO review, or other review processes, depending on the content type.

Where appropriate, Credkeeper may identify content as AI-assisted, AI-generated, automation-assisted, or reviewed with AI support.

The user is responsible for reviewing and approving all user content before publication.

5. User Responsibility for Accuracy

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all AI-assisted content associated with them is accurate, complete, current, truthful, not misleading, compliant, authorized, and approved for use.

This includes content about:

  • name;

6. No Fake Credentials, Claims, Reviews, or Expertise

Credkeeper does not authorize users to use AI to create false or misleading content.

Users may not use Credkeeper or AI-assisted workflows to create, approve, publish, or distribute:

  • fake credentials;
  • fake licenses;
  • fake registrations;
  • fake awards;
  • fake reviews;
  • fake testimonials;

AI-assisted content must be grounded in accurate information and must not mislead readers, consumers, prospects, clients, regulators, platforms, search engines, or AI systems.

7. Search Engine and AI Search Expectations

Credkeeper’s goal is to use AI to support helpful, accurate, people-first content.

Credkeeper does not use AI to create low-value content, mass-produce spam pages, hide automation from users, mislead search engines, manipulate rankings, or manipulate generative AI responses.

Credkeeper may use AI-assisted workflows to improve clarity, structure, discoverability, readability, and usefulness, but search engines, AI systems, and third-party platforms control their own indexing, ranking, citation, summarization, display, and recommendation systems.

Credkeeper does not guarantee:

  • Google rankings;
  • Bing rankings;
  • search engine placement;
  • organic traffic;
  • AI search inclusion;
  • AI-generated mentions;
  • AI citations;
  • ChatGPT visibility;
  • Gemini visibility;
  • Claude visibility;
  • Perplexity visibility;
  • Copilot visibility;
  • local search placement;
  • featured snippets;
  • answer-box placement;
  • knowledge-panel inclusion;
  • search traffic;
  • conversions;
  • leads;
  • callbacks;
  • business results.

Use of AI does not guarantee search performance. Use of Credkeeper does not guarantee search performance.

8. Human Review and Editorial Oversight

Credkeeper may use human review, user review, editorial review, compliance review, or other quality-control processes depending on the content, subscription, workflow, or service.

However, Credkeeper does not guarantee that every AI-assisted draft will be free from errors.

Users must review content carefully before approving it or allowing it to be deemed approved. Users must correct or reject any content that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, unauthorized, noncompliant, or inappropriate.

For regulated users, human review by the user is not enough if legal, firm, supervisory, principal, compliance, or regulatory approval is required. The user must obtain all required approvals before content is approved, published, distributed, or used.

9. AI Limitations

AI-assisted tools may produce content that is:

  • inaccurate;
  • incomplete;
  • outdated;
  • generic;
  • biased;
  • repetitive;
  • unsupported;
  • overly promotional;
  • misleading;
  • inconsistent with user instructions;
  • inconsistent with professional standards;
  • inconsistent with compliance requirements;
  • inappropriate for a particular audience;
  • based on incorrect assumptions;
  • similar to existing public content;
  • missing required disclosures;
  • not suitable for publication without review.

Users should not rely on AI-generated or AI-assisted content without reviewing and verifying it.

10. Regulated Professionals

This Policy is especially important for users in regulated industries, including:

  • securities;
  • investment advisory;
  • financial planning;
  • brokerage;
  • insurance;
  • mortgage;
  • banking;
  • legal;
  • tax;
  • accounting;
  • healthcare;
  • real estate;
  • other licensed or regulated professions.

AI-assisted content may create special risks for regulated professionals because marketing, advertising, testimonials, endorsements, rankings, awards, credentials, performance statements, financial claims, legal claims, healthcare claims, and professional claims may require specific disclosures, substantiation, supervision, review, approval, filing, archiving, or recordkeeping.

Credkeeper does not guarantee that AI-assisted content is compliant for any user, firm, employer, regulator, platform, or jurisdiction.

Users are responsible for obtaining all required compliance, legal, supervisory, employer, firm, principal, regulator, and platform approvals before content is published or used.

11. AI Is Not Professional Advice

Credkeeper’s use of AI does not create legal, compliance, securities, investment, insurance, tax, accounting, medical, regulatory, or other professional advice.

AI-assisted suggestions, drafts, summaries, edits, templates, prompts, recommendations, and workflows are provided for convenience and content-support purposes only.

Users should consult qualified legal, compliance, supervisory, tax, insurance, securities, investment, healthcare, accounting, or other professional advisors before approving or publishing content that may be subject to professional, regulatory, or legal requirements.

12. Disclosure of AI Assistance

Credkeeper provides this AI Content Usage Policy as a general public disclosure that AI-assisted tools may be used in connection with Credkeeper content, website content, user content workflows, and publishing support.

Credkeeper may also provide content-specific AI disclosures where appropriate, including in:

  • articles;
  • blog posts;
  • reports;
  • educational materials;
  • user-facing drafts;
  • content approval workflows;
  • publication notices;
  • image, video, or audio content;
  • other materials where readers would reasonably expect to know how the content was created.

Not every use of AI will be separately labeled on every page, post, draft, email, or material. This Policy is intended to provide clear general notice of Credkeeper’s AI-assisted content practices.

13. Bylines and Authorship

Credkeeper may use human, company, editorial, team, or brand bylines for content created with AI assistance.

AI tools are not treated as legal authors, owners, employees, advisors, compliance reviewers, or responsible professionals.

Where a byline appears, it should not be interpreted to mean that no AI-assisted tools were used. A byline may identify the person, company, team, or brand responsible for reviewing, publishing, or presenting the content, even if AI-assisted tools helped create or edit it.

14. Source Materials and Originality

Credkeeper may use AI to help organize and transform information, but users must ensure that submitted materials are lawful, authorized, and appropriate for use.

Users may not submit, upload, approve, or instruct Credkeeper to use materials that violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, trade secret, contract, employer, firm, platform, or third-party rights.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they own or have permission to use any source materials, images, logos, testimonials, reviews, quotes, names, likenesses, documents, credentials, disclosures, and third-party content submitted to Credkeeper.

Credkeeper may reject, revise, remove, or disable content that appears to be infringing, unauthorized, misleading, noncompliant, or otherwise inappropriate.

15. AI, Privacy, and Data

Credkeeper may use AI-assisted tools, software providers, vendors, contractors, automation systems, analytics systems, and service providers to help deliver the Service.

Information processed through AI-assisted workflows may include user-provided information, profile information, content drafts, business information, public information, onboarding answers, user instructions, performance data, and related materials.

Users should not submit highly sensitive, confidential, regulated, private, or third-party personal information into any AI-assisted workflow unless they have the right to do so and the information is necessary for the requested service.

Credkeeper’s collection, use, sharing, and retention of information is also governed by Credkeeper’s Privacy Policy.

16. AI Images, Audio, Video, and Synthetic Media

Credkeeper may use or support AI-assisted image, audio, video, or synthetic-media tools in certain workflows.

Credkeeper does not authorize users to create or publish deceptive synthetic media, impersonations, fake endorsements, fake testimonials, fake client statements, misleading likenesses, unauthorized voice or image clones, or content that falsely suggests a person said, did, endorsed, approved, or experienced something.

Users are responsible for obtaining all rights, consents, permissions, releases, and approvals required for images, likenesses, voices, videos, testimonials, endorsements, or other personal attributes used in content.

Where appropriate, Credkeeper may identify AI-generated or AI-assisted media, add metadata, include disclosures, or require additional review before publication.

17. No Guarantee of Results

Credkeeper may use AI-assisted tools to support credibility-building, brand positioning, authority content, search visibility, AI visibility, trust-building, and business development workflows.

Credkeeper does not guarantee results.

Credkeeper does not guarantee that AI-assisted content will produce:

  • leads;
  • callbacks;
  • appointments;
  • clients;
  • customers;
  • revenue;
  • profit;
  • return on investment;
  • search rankings;
  • AI mentions;
  • third-party citations;
  • social engagement;
  • review growth;
  • reputation improvement;
  • compliance approval;
  • business growth.

Results depend on many factors outside Credkeeper’s control, including user participation, market conditions, competition, compliance restrictions, third-party platforms, search engine systems, AI systems, business practices, offer quality, follow-up, and user implementation.

18. User Approval of AI-Assisted Content

By approving content, failing to reject content during an applicable review period, or allowing content to be published, the user confirms that:

  • the user has reviewed the content;
  • the content is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading;
  • the content is authorized for publication;
  • the content complies with applicable laws, regulations, rules, professional obligations, employer policies, firm policies, platform rules, and contractual obligations;
  • the user has obtained all required compliance, legal, supervisory, principal, employer, firm, or regulatory approvals;
  • all required disclosures and disclaimers have been included;
  • Credkeeper and its service providers may publish, display, distribute, process, and use the content.

This applies even if AI-assisted tools helped draft, edit, structure, summarize, optimize, or enhance the content.

19. Relationship to Other Policies

This AI Content Usage Policy supplements Credkeeper’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Compliance & Content Policy, Content Review Policy, Results Disclaimer, DMCA / IP Policy, Subscription Terms, Refund Policy, checkout terms, order forms, invoices, and any applicable written agreement.

If this AI Content Usage Policy conflicts with a signed written agreement between a user and Credkeeper, the signed written agreement controls to the extent of the conflict, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

20. Updates to This Policy

AI tools, search engine guidance, platform rules, laws, and best practices may change over time.

Credkeeper may update this AI Content Usage Policy periodically to reflect changes in its practices, technology, services, legal obligations, search guidance, or platform requirements.
