This Content Review Policy explains each user’s responsibility for reviewing, correcting, updating, approving, rejecting, and monitoring content created, submitted, displayed, published, distributed, or otherwise used through or with the assistance of Credkeeper™.
Credkeeper may provide software, publishing support, profile tools, content workflows, credibility-building tools, visibility tools, social media automation, review-related features, artificial intelligence-assisted workflows, lead capture tools, and related services.
However, Credkeeper is not responsible for the truth, accuracy, completeness, legality, compliance, approval status, or suitability of user content.
The user is responsible for all user content.
This Policy applies to all Credkeeper users, customers, subscribers, profile owners, account administrators, organizations, firms, representatives, agents, advisors, professionals, team members, and any person or entity using Credkeeper directly or through an employer, firm, enterprise account, or authorized representative.
1. User Responsibility for Content
Each user is solely responsible for all content associated with that user, whether the content is submitted by the user, generated from information provided by the user, drafted with Credkeeper assistance, edited by Credkeeper, enhanced through automation, approved by negative consent, published by Credkeeper, distributed through third-party platforms, or displayed on Credkeeper or non-Credkeeper websites.
This includes, without limitation:
- profile information;
- professional biography;
- areas of interest;
- areas of expertise;
- credentials;
- designations;
- licenses;
- registrations;
- titles;
- job descriptions;
- firm descriptions;
- professional experience;
- practice areas;
- service descriptions;
- industry descriptions;
- awards;
- recognitions;
- rankings;
- ratings;
- client reviews;
- testimonials;
- endorsements;
- case studies;
- articles;
- blog posts;
- social media posts;
- captions;
- newsletters;
- videos;
- images;
- quotes;
- claims about experience, expertise, trust, credibility, authority, results, services, products, clients, or outcomes;
- disclosures, disclaimers, risk statements, compliance language, and required legends.
As between the user and Credkeeper, the user is fully responsible for all such content once it is submitted, approved, deemed approved, published, distributed, displayed, indexed, shared, or otherwise made available.
2. Duty to Keep Profile, Bio, Interests, and Expertise Accurate
Users are responsible for keeping their Credkeeper profile, biography, interests, expertise, credentials, service descriptions, and professional information accurate, complete, current, and compliant.
Users must promptly update Credkeeper if any information changes, including changes to:
- employment;
- firm affiliation;
- title;
- licensing status;
- registration status;
- credentials;
- certifications;
- designations;
- areas of expertise;
- services offered;

- disciplinary history;
- awards or recognitions;
- disclosures;
- restrictions imposed by an employer, firm, regulator, compliance department, or professional body.
Credkeeper is not responsible for outdated, false, incomplete, exaggerated, misleading, unauthorized, or erroneous information that appears because a user failed to provide accurate information, failed to update information, failed to review content, failed to reject content, or failed to notify Credkeeper of a needed correction.
3. No Independent Verification by Credkeeper
Credkeeper may rely on information provided by the user, the user’s organization, the user’s firm, public sources, third-party platforms, uploaded materials, onboarding forms, intake forms, account settings, connected accounts, or authorized representatives.
Credkeeper is not required to independently verify:
- whether a user is licensed, registered, certified, qualified, or authorized;
- whether a user’s credentials, designations, awards, rankings, or recognitions are valid or current;
- whether a user’s biography or experience claims are accurate;
- whether a user’s areas of expertise are permitted by law, regulation, employer policy, or professional rule;
- whether testimonials, reviews, endorsements, or third-party statements may be used;
- whether required disclosures are complete or sufficient;
- whether a compliance department has approved the content;
- whether the content satisfies SEC, FINRA, state securities, insurance, legal, tax, healthcare, mortgage, banking, advertising, privacy, consumer-protection, or other requirements.
Any review, edit, formatting change, suggestion, workflow, template, publication support, or automation provided by Credkeeper is not a legal, compliance, regulatory, supervisory, or professional approval.
4. Content Review Before Publication
Users must carefully review all content before it is published, distributed, displayed, submitted, scheduled, shared, or otherwise used.
Before approving content or allowing content to be deemed approved, the user must confirm that the content:
- is accurate;
- is complete;
- is current;
- is not misleading;
- is not exaggerated;
- is not deceptive;
- is not promissory;
- is not unfair or unbalanced;
- does not omit material information;
- includes required disclosures;
- has required approvals;
- complies with applicable law, regulation, professional standards, employer policies, firm policies, platform rules, and contractual obligations;
- may be lawfully published by Credkeeper and its service providers.
Users are responsible for submitting content to any required compliance department, supervisor, principal, legal counsel, employer, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, insurance agency, regulator, licensing body, or other required reviewer before content is approved or allowed to be deemed approved.
5. Negative-Consent Review Process
Unless a separate signed written agreement states otherwise, Credkeeper may use a negative-consent review process for certain content.
Under this process, Credkeeper may send draft content, proposed content, revised content, publication notices, or approval requests to the user’s designated email address, account dashboard, approval workflow, or other approved communication channel.
Unless Credkeeper states otherwise in writing, the user has five calendar days from the time Credkeeper sends or makes available the content or notice to reject the content, request changes, or notify Credkeeper that the content is not approved.
If the user does not reject the content, request changes, or provide written notice that the content is not approved within the five-calendar-day review period, the content may be treated as approved by the user.
Once content is approved or deemed approved, Credkeeper may publish, distribute, display, submit, schedule, share, syndicate, or otherwise use the content without further approval.
6. Email Delivery, Spam Filters, and Missed Notices
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and monitoring the email address, account dashboard, approval workflow, or other communication channel designated for Credkeeper notices.
Users are responsible for checking spam, junk, quarantine, promotion, social, clutter, filtered, blocked, archived, or automatically routed folders.
Unless applicable law or a signed written agreement requires otherwise, a review period begins when Credkeeper sends content or notice to the user’s designated email address, posts it in the user’s account, or makes it available through an approved workflow.
Credkeeper is not responsible for a user’s failure to receive, read, open, forward, review, or act on a notice because of:
- incorrect email address;
- outdated contact information;
- full inbox;
- spam filtering;
- junk filtering;
- corporate firewall;
- security filtering;
- email quarantine;
- forwarding failure;
- mail-server rejection;
- third-party email outage;

- failure to monitor the account;
- failure to check the dashboard;
- failure to forward content to compliance;
- delay by a compliance department;
- internal firm workflow failure;
- failure of the user’s systems, vendors, or personnel.
Failure to receive or read a message does not automatically extend the review period unless Credkeeper agrees in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Effect of Approval or Deemed Approval
If content is approved by the user or deemed approved because the user did not timely reject it, the user represents and warrants that the content has been reviewed and approved by the user and by any required compliance, legal, supervisory, employer, firm, principal, or regulatory reviewer.
Approved or deemed-approved content will be treated, as between the user and Credkeeper, as authorized by the user for publication and distribution.
This applies even if Credkeeper:
- drafted the content;
- edited the content;
- suggested the content;
- formatted the content;
- enhanced the content;
- generated the content using software or automation;
- scheduled the content;
- published the content;
- distributed the content;
- displayed the content;
- submitted the content to a third-party platform;
- used the content in connection with the user’s subscription.
The user remains responsible for the content.
8. Incorrect, False, Misleading, or Erroneous Content
Any incorrect, false, misleading, incomplete, outdated, unauthorized, noncompliant, exaggerated, deceptive, unfair, or erroneous information that appears in content approved or deemed approved by the user is the user’s responsibility.
As between the user and Credkeeper, such content is presumed to have been reviewed and approved by the user if the user approved it, failed to reject it, failed to request corrections, failed to update the underlying information, or allowed the review period to expire.
The user is responsible for any consequences arising from such content, including:
- consumer complaints;
- client complaints;
- employer complaints;
- compliance reviews;
- supervisory issues;
- regulatory inquiries;
- platform takedowns;

- disclosure failures;
- misleading-statement allegations;
- unauthorized-use allegations;
- intellectual-property claims;
- privacy claims;
- advertising claims;
- testimonial, endorsement, review, or rating concerns.
This responsibility applies even if Credkeeper assisted with drafting, editing, formatting, publishing, sharing, or distributing the content.
9. Regulated Professionals
This Policy is especially important for users in regulated industries, including:

- financial planning;
- brokerage;
- insurance;
- mortgage;
- banking;
- legal;
- tax;
- accounting;
- healthcare;
- real estate;
- other licensed or regulated professions.
Users in regulated industries are solely responsible for determining whether content requires prior review, approval, filing, archiving, supervision, disclosure, substantiation, limitation, or rejection.
Credkeeper does not know every user’s licensing status, employer restrictions, supervisory procedures, compliance policies, jurisdiction-specific rules, or regulatory obligations.
Users must not approve, allow approval of, or publish content unless they have confirmed that the content is permitted for their industry, role, firm, jurisdiction, and applicable professional obligations.
10. User-Provided Information and Source Materials
Credkeeper may create, draft, edit, or publish content based on information supplied by the user or made available through user-authorized sources.
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information and materials they provide, upload, connect, authorize, or approve, including:

- public profiles;
- connected accounts;
- CRM data;
- lead data;
- social media data.
If the user provides inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unauthorized, or misleading information, any resulting content may also be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unauthorized, or misleading. The user remains responsible for that content.
11. Reviews, Testimonials, Endorsements, and Third-Party Statements
Users are responsible for ensuring that any reviews, testimonials, endorsements, ratings, rankings, awards, recognitions, client statements, third-party quotes, or similar materials may be lawfully collected, displayed, published, promoted, pinned, shared, or distributed.
Users must ensure that all required permissions, disclosures, approvals, substantiation, conflict disclosures, compensation disclosures, client-status disclosures, and compliance approvals have been obtained before such content is approved or published.
Credkeeper does not guarantee that any review, testimonial, endorsement, rating, award, ranking, or third-party statement is compliant for a particular user, firm, profession, regulator, platform, or jurisdiction.
12. Required Disclosures and Disclaimers
Users are responsible for providing and approving all disclosures, disclaimers, risk statements, legends, limitations, qualifications, and substantiation required for their content.
This may include, without limitation:

Credkeeper is not responsible for determining which disclosures apply to a user or whether any disclosure is sufficient.
13. No Compliance, Legal, or Professional Review
Credkeeper is not a law firm, compliance firm, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, insurance agency, tax adviser, healthcare provider, accounting firm, or professional regulatory reviewer.
Credkeeper does not provide legal advice, compliance advice, securities advice, investment advice, insurance advice, tax advice, medical advice, accounting advice, or other regulated professional advice.
No Credkeeper draft, edit, approval workflow, automated suggestion, template, review, publication, or support communication should be treated as confirmation that content is accurate, lawful, compliant, approved, substantiated, or suitable for use.
Users should consult their own legal, compliance, supervisory, and professional advisors before approving or publishing content.
14. Post-Publication Monitoring and Corrections
Users must monitor published content and promptly notify Credkeeper in writing if any content should be corrected, updated, removed, unpublished, revised, disabled, archived, or supplemented.
Users must notify Credkeeper promptly if:

- a service is no longer offered;
- an expertise claim is no longer accurate;
- a disclosure changes;

- a review, testimonial, endorsement, or third-party statement should not be displayed;
- any published content becomes inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, unauthorized, or noncompliant.
Credkeeper may, but is not obligated to, remove, revise, suspend, disable, withhold, or unpublish content that Credkeeper believes may be inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, noncompliant, harmful, infringing, unauthorized, or inconsistent with Credkeeper policies.
Credkeeper’s decision to remove, revise, suspend, disable, withhold, or unpublish content does not transfer responsibility for the content from the user to Credkeeper.
15. Third-Party Platforms, Search Engines, and AI Systems
Content published through Credkeeper may appear on or be distributed to third-party websites, social media platforms, search engines, AI systems, directories, review platforms, CRM systems, email tools, SMS tools, or other services.
Credkeeper does not control third-party platforms, search engines, AI systems, indexing, caching, display, ranking, moderation, archiving, scraping, redistribution, or removal timelines.
Even if Credkeeper removes or updates content in one location, prior versions may remain visible, cached, indexed, stored, quoted, summarized, scraped, archived, or redistributed by third parties.
Users are responsible for ensuring content is accurate and approved before publication because publication may create copies or references outside Credkeeper’s control.
16. Books, Records, Archiving, and Evidence of Review
Users are responsible for maintaining any books, records, archives, approvals, review notes, substantiation, correspondence, screenshots, evidence of consent, compliance approvals, and other documentation required by law, regulation, employer policy, firm policy, professional rule, or platform requirement.
Credkeeper may maintain certain operational records, timestamps, content drafts, approval records, emails, account records, or publication records for its own business purposes.
However, Credkeeper does not represent that its systems satisfy any specific regulatory books-and-records, archiving, WORM storage, audit, supervision, e-discovery, or retention requirement unless Credkeeper expressly agrees in a signed written agreement.
17. User Representations and Warranties
By submitting, approving, failing to reject, or allowing publication of content, the user represents and warrants that:
- the user has reviewed the content;
